• Orders ship within 48 hours, Monday–Friday, from 8am.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation when your order is received and again when it ships.
• We currently ship within the United States.

Returns

We want you and your pet to love Presto Shampoo. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery through the contact form and we'll make it right — with a replacement or a refund.

• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
• If a product arrives damaged or leaking, let us know with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of processing.
